Your pets can eat almost anything homemade dog treat you feed him, but certainly they like meat. Meat does not provide your dog with the proper amount of energy that his body needs.
In order to get enough energy, you would need to give him large quantities of homemade dog treat recipe, although this will only produce an unbalanced diet. Therefore, all meat should also be mixed in with dried foods or even semi-moist food.
